Chief Executive Officer
Garnet Martin
Garnet started farming in 1975 with his father and has expanded the farm to over 6000 acres. Always thinking about diversifying and adding value to the farm, Garnet was involved in purchasing the local Saskatchewan Wheat Pool elevator which was then converted to a producer loading facility. Along with his daughter, Lesley, they created a snack food using the barley grown on their farm. Garnet has also been active in risk management and marketing strategies for the past ten years. "Farming is a high risk business and I truly believe marketing is an integral part of farming today." His passion of grain marketing has opened many doors for both the farm and himself. He currently is a Grain Marketing Coach for AgriTrend and enjoys working with farmers to help them be successful.

Matt Kelly
Farming has always been in Matt's blood. He grew up south of Watrous and during the summers and evenings, helped his uncle farm and grow a variety of crops like canola, barley, durum, flax and wheat. After finishing high school, Matt graduated from Saskatchewan Polytechnic and received his certificate as an Agriculture Machinery Technician. Throughout his career, he has gained experience in this trade but also in agriculture sales and within the oil and gas industry. Matt and Lesley were married in 2006 and in 2011, there was an opportunity to move closer and be part of Evergreen WoodCreek Farms. Matt's passion on the farm lies within the machinery, operating and managing the short-hauling business. Matt and Lesley currently reside in Regina where they raise their two boys.
Chief Operating Officer
Derek Martin
When Derek isn't enjoying the outdoors, guiding dunk hunts and hunting deer, elk, wild boar, wolf, grouse and moose, he is busy on the farm managing the custom spraying and day-to-day operations. During the winter, he is employed at Blair's Fertilizer, a full service ag retail outlet outside of Watrous. Derek brings a wealth of experience to the operation, from working on both a hog and then a mixed (cattle/grain) farm and as an outfitter in Manitoba. Derek enjoys snowmobiling, golfing and spending time with his daughters.
